After completing his formal education in Hotel Management at one of India’s reputed institutions, Nadeem has acquired his diverse exposure to the industry by successfully performing multiple roles of Executive Chef, Master Chef and Operations Manager.
As consultant, Nadeem’s portfolio speaks volumes about the bouquet of his services and its diversity. He now offers end-to-end HoReCa solutions to set up and run hotels, restaurants and cafes successfully and sustainably.
Worked as Executive Chef at Café Azzure, heading a team of over 50 chefs spread across 4 outlets. Performed responsibilities like revising menu, hiring & training staff, checking quality, inspecting outlets and structuring monthly food costing.
Developed an authentic Italian handmade pizza brand at Woody’s Brook Pizzeria. As Executive Chef, handled the kitchen and the entire operations of the brand, including food consistency, costing, sales reports and managing online delivery platforms.
Set up a pasta brand at Cheese Lab, handling operations like quality monitoring, monthly food costing, generating sales reports and managing staff, vendors, marketing & stock.
